Thank you for shopping with us! All of our products are made on demand by Gelato, our print-on-demand partner. Below is important information regarding production, shipping, and delivery.

Order Processing & Production

  • Orders are processed as soon as they are confirmed.

  • Production times vary by product: most items are produced within 1–5 business days.

  • Customizations may add additional production time.

Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship to all U.S. addresses, including the 50 states.

  • Please note: Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, PO Boxes, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses may experience longer delivery times.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (most common products): 2–8 business days after production.

  • Express Shipping (if selected at checkout): Faster delivery; exact time depends on product and destination.

  • Delivery times include both production and shipping.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on Gelato’s rates.

  • Flat-rate shipping: The first item pays a base rate; each additional item adds a small incremental cost.

  • Live shipping rates: Some products use dynamic rates depending on the destination and shipping method.

  • If you offer free shipping, the store covers the shipping cost.

Delivery Guarantee

  • Gelato provides a delivery guarantee for eligible products shipped to the contiguous U.S. with Standard or faster shipping:

  • Delivery delayed by 5+ business days → partial refund (20%) may apply.
  • Delivery delayed by 10+ business days → full refund may apply.
  • This guarantee does not apply to remote regions, PO Boxes, or excluded products (cards, calendars, photobooks, posters, framed prints, canvas).

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • You can also track your order through your account dashboard on our store.
